Hayner Hoyt provided contractor-led design-build services for Tessy Plastics’ plant expansion in Baldwinsville. The 275,000 sf pre-engineered metal building includes additional manufacturing space for Tessy’s growing business, along with new office, warehouse, and production space.
We also coordinated extensive pre-construction site work and environmental studies, as well as finished site work including additional parking lots and a stormwater retention system.
