Working as the design-builder in conjunction with architect Holmes, King, Kallquist &Associates,The Hayner Hoyt Corporation constructed a 40,000 sq. ft. biomedical manufacturing facility to be leased to Cortland Companies. Approximately half of the square footage is dedicated cleanroom space meant for light-duty manufacturing of medical-grade cables and sutures. The other half of the building is comprised of office space, meeting areas, a break room, locker rooms, warehouse, and shipping spaces.
