We’ve worked with Integrated Acquisition & Development on many projects over the years, including the build-out of several facilities for Advion Biosciences in Ithaca.
Pictured is the updated single-story, 33,000 sf office building with high-tech labs and the associated site work, utilities, finishes, and landscaping. It has a structural steel skeleton with curtain walls, metal studs, EIFS (exterior insulation and finish system), and a rubber roof. The building is used for testing and analysis for the pharmaceutical industry.
