70 Broad Street – Colgate University

70 Broad Street is a new, ground-up student housing development constructed for Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. The three-story facility offers nearly 9,000 sq. ft. of usable space, purpose-built to support modern student living.

The project began with the demolition of the existing structure on site, clearing the way for an entirely new build tailored to the university’s current housing standards and student needs. The result is a modern residence hall that blends functional design with durable, high-quality construction.

Students moved into 70 Broad Street on August 14, 2026, in time for the start of the fall semester, marking the successful completion of the project.
