SCOPE
The historic, 90,500 square foot, Utica Steam Cotton Mill at 600 State Street was redeveloped into a mixed-use retail and residential complex located in the heart of Downtown Utica, NY. This project was a certified historic rehabilitation and converted the empty building into 20,000 square feet of commercial/retail space and 64 apartments. The apartments are open with beautifully refinished hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and large windows that bring in ample natural light. The building also offers amenities including on-site parking, fitness and community rooms, and an outdoor patio and grill area.
