Ultra Dairy Waste Pit
We've been hard at work on a loading dock addition for Ultra Dairy. All liquid waste from the dairy processing plant will be transferred to one of two waste processing pits. Here we are forming walls to pour the pit for the south side of the building. The pit is 14’ in the ground and during its construction we had to run 7 pumps to keep ground water at a minimum.
Also pictured is the steel liner that was placed into the pit to house the liquids. The north side pit will be poured next month.
