St. Albans Processing Facility Expansion

We were very pleased to be referred to Dairy Farmers of America by our friends at MSKTD & Associates.  We were selected as the Construction Manager to provide a large addition and various renovations to an existing dairy facility in St. Albans, VT.  The project includes a new 13,500 sf receiving bay addition (pictured), which will allow for plant operations to be relocated and other renovations to be performed within several areas of the existing dairy.

The project and relationship have gone so well that DFA has asked the Hayner Hoyt team to manage the next two phases of expansion at this facility.
