Byrne Hollow Farm

Hayner Hoyt served as the construction manager for Byrne Hollow Farm’s yoghurt manufacturing facility. The 75,000 sf building includes state-of-the-art processing, filling, and packaging equipment, as well as a glass-paneled viewing mezzanine to allow visitors to see the entire manufacturing process. To ensure sanitary food processing, vitrified floor tile and insulated metal panels were used in the construction.

The facility was completed in just eight months, allowing Byrne Hollow to install equipment and meet production milestones for private-label clients and its own Byrne Hollow brand.
