SCOPE
The Hayner Hoyt Corporation embarked on a very complicated multiphase renovation of the fully operational gaming floor of the Turning Stone Casino Resort. The project included creating Casino Blu, a new smoker friendly casino within the footprint of the existing casino with state-of-the-art ventilation and filtration systems. In addition, the entire gaming floor was renovated to provide an entirely new refreshed look from top to bottom. The 100,000 square foot project was completed ahead of schedule.
