SCOPE
Exit 33 is a $35 million, 75,000 square foot multi-venue entertainment complex featuring a country music dance hall, rock and roll club, cocktail piano bar, and sushi lounge. Turning Stone opened the new complex as part of its 20th anniversary celebration. The project timeline was extremely aggressive and each venue presented unique building challenges. Because of the accelerated timeline, the design of Exit 33 ran concurrently with construction. The designer, contractors, and the ownership team worked seamlessly to complete the project in only eight months.
