400-404 and 406 Stewart Avenue in Ithaca is home to two structures that were rebuilt after being irreparably damaged by a fire in 2015. The first floor of 400-404 is intended for a restaurant/bar or retail space with apartments on the second and third floors. 406 is exclusively student housing with three floors of apartments and a shared laundry space.
