SCOPE
St. Francis Commons is located on the St. Luke healthcare campus on the eastside of the city of Oswego and their mission is to provide supportive housing and home care services to individuals who are medically eligible and would benefit from a community-based living environment. The 60,000 square foot, single-story new construction houses approximately sixty individuals in both private and semi-private rooms. The project included site work, landscaping, foundations, SOG, and EPDM roofing. Interior work included finishes, specialties, kitchen equipment, and full MEP systems. The facility’s great room, with its faux stone fireplace, was designed as a welcoming, home-like space for residents and guests.
