St Joseph's Health - Physician's Office Building
SCOPE
The Physicians’ Office Building, sitting on top of a deteriorated parking garage, was planned for demolition. We proposed repurposing the garage into future clinical space to save costs and create additional building space for the hospital. This approach is expected to save approximately $8 million in capital costs.
Hayner Hoyt will manage the interior buildout of the new shell space for a new women’s services department, including labor and delivery, postpartum, NICU, and C-section rooms.
