SCOPE
The Rathbun Lofts is a historic building located in the bustling Baggs Square neighborhood in Utica, NY. Over 100 years old, the building has been home to a clothing wholesaler, auto parts retailer, and a medical supply manufacturer over the years. Now it has been reinvented into three upper floors of luxury residential lofts, with a bottom floor available for office and potentially retail space. The floors and ceilings are largely original to the space.
