SCOPE
The Commons on St. Anthony is a 40-year-old building. In a multi-phase renovation project, we remodeled the first floor lobby creating new offices and room for a lounge area. Every floor of the eight-story facility was redone and new, state-of-the-art equipment was added to each room. The existing structure required full asbestos abatement and required our team to work in and around fully occupied spaces in the building. A 30,000 square foot addition was also built adding 60 beds and a rehabilitation area to the site.
