Crouse's Clocktower Café recently underwent a 6,000 sq ft renovation in approximately 4.5 months after decades without updates. The project included extensive demolition and the installation of new mechanical systems, modern lighting, and high-quality finishes. We added a state-of-the-art kitchen and new cafeteria seating to enhance the dining experience for hospital staff, patients, and guests. Despite challenges such as maintaining kitchen operations during the renovations, our team successfully managed these by working nights and during off-hours.
