SCOPE
This project involved the multi-phased construction of a large, privately owned, multi-building apartment complex in Ithaca, NY. We constructed building series 1, 2, and 4. Building series 1 was designed to match the existing Casa Roma apartment building we built in 2003. Building series 2 runs along East State Street from the northernmost point of the site. Each building in series 2 is unique in design and finishes. Building series 4 runs along East State Street on the opposite end of each site. Each of series 4’s three buildings were designed to emulate the unique character of Ithaca’s historic homes.
