SCOPE
We were engaged by our long-time client, Integrated Acquisition and Development (IAD), to construct a 32,000 square foot high-tech office and research facility for Advion Biosciences in Ithaca. The building was the fifth new facility that we constructed in the Ithaca Business Park for IAD. The building consists of several advanced laboratories and a mix of private and open office space.
Advion, Inc. is a global company founded on novel liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry techniques that were developed at Cornell University. As a leading provider of bioanalytical contract services to the pharmaceutical industry, Advion offers a variety of mission critical systems and consumables for life science research.
