ST. JOSEPH’S HEALTH PRIMARY CARE CENTER PARKING GARAGE ARCHITECT King + King SCOPE Acting as the design-builder on this project, we built a new parking garage on North Townsend Street for St. Joseph’s Health. The finished structure is 4.5 stories tall and provides almost 400 parking spaces, replacing the existing physicians’ office building parking garage.

COMMUNITY MEMORIAL OUTPATIENT ADDITION ARCHITECT Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects SCOPE We built a 5,000 square foot addition on Community Memorial Hospital’s Outpatient facility, roughly doubling the size of the building. The new space boasts a fresh and spacious waiting area along with a number of additional patient rooms to better serve the Hamilton community.
