Bio365 Project Wrap-Up

Towards the end of 2019, Developer David Yaman in partnership with California-based soil company Bio365 signed a lease to take on a vacant warehouse space in Cortland.  This exciting project has now come to completion!  The new 30,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building will serve as a dirt processing facility to create nutrient-rich soil suitable for growing organic produce. It also includes an office and locker room facilities.
