As a client of Hayner Hoyt, you come first. We go above and beyond to act in your best interest throughout each project. We’re confident we can meet all of your construction needs. Depending on the project, we can operate as your:

General Contractor

General contracting is the most traditional construction delivery method. As your general contractor, we handle all of the construction service hiring and manage subcontractors to make sure we meet your project goals safely and effectively. When it is beneficial to your project, we have the hands-on expertise of more than 60 skilled craftsmen to assist with foundations/concrete, masonry, carpentry, light gauge metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and finish work.

Construction Manager

As your construction manager, we combine our skill as both a pre-construction leader and general contractor to maximize the economy and performance of your project. Add to that a transparent administration process and we become your dedicated construction department who works with the design team to keep the project within budget and on schedule.

Design/Builder

Under contractor-led design-build (CLDB) projects, we are your one-stop shop acting as a single source of project communication and accountability. Leverage our long-standing relationships with leading architects and engineers with a model that allows us to maintain strict control over cost and schedule from comprehensive design and pre-construction services to dedicated construction management.

Owner Representative

Maybe you have a design and construction team in place already, but are too busy or lack the experience to adequately monitor a project. As an owner representative, we can oversee the entire project process to ensure decisions are being made in your best interest. This might include supervising the design development process, overall project budget, bidding process, construction activities, project close-out and occupancy.

Safety

Safety is our number one priority. We have a full-time safety team responsible for training, monitoring and enforcing our safety policies for our employees, subcontractors and vendors. Not only is safety good for our people, it's also good for business. Safe job sites produce construction projects that stay on schedule and on budget by avoiding costly delays due to unsafe practices.
