ByHeart Phase 1
SCOPE
In the first phase of this project, we renovated ByHeart's existing manufacturing facility and brought it up to the FDA standard for producing infant formula. Interior renovations included updating their existing office area with an all new layout and finishes, new epoxy coated floors throughout the process facility, and installation of new stainless steel stairs in the dyer tower. Exterior renovations included building a fence surrounding the building, installation of mechanical pads, two giant make-up air units, and an 80' high stair tower for rooftop access.
ByHeart is now the newest company to enter the market for infant formula production in several decades making it the fourth fully integrated, FDA registered, infant nutrition brand in the US.
The Hayner Hoyt Corporation was recognized for doing an outstanding job. So much so, that ByHeart has asked us to lead the next phase of their facility expansion starting in the Fall of 2022.
