The Lake House at Sylvan Beach

SCOPE
In roughly seven months, with additional challenges due to the coronavirus pandemic, we renovated the old DiCastro's Private Beach Club restaurant and event venue to turn it into The Lake House at Sylvan Beach; the Oneida Indian Nation's newest entertainment venue. Nautically themed with a prime location on the beach, it has 100 slot machines, indoor and outdoor lakefront dining options, three bars, an expansive patio, an outdoor area for live entertainment, and an impressive 50 foot tall lighthouse.
