SCOPE
Working with Bell & Spina Architects in a design/build capacity, SRC hired us to renovate an existing 45,000 square foot warehouse that also contains some offices. Over the course of eight months, we built a mezzanine in a section of the open warehouse space to create two levels of offices, updated the existing offices, and created a welcoming reception area. To round out the state-of-the-art office facility, we also installed a massive back-up generator, cooling tower, and electric car charging stations.
