SCOPE
Pall Corporation is a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification. It serves customers in the microelectronics, aerospace, fuel, petrochemical, chemical, automotive, and power generation industries.
We oversaw a multi-phased 41,000 square foot renovation to their Cortland office which was occupied during construction. Phase I of this project involved the installation of a new façade for the Cortland Commerce Center, where the office resides, which included resurfacing the exterior with new EIFS and metal paneling, new windows, and a new entrance. Phase II and III involved a very complex renovation of the existing facility to create new Class A office space. The office area includes a mix of open and private office space, high-tech manufacturing, and a variety of employee amenities including a fitness center, dining area, and even a putting green.
