SCOPE

As a repeat customer, we completed a 5,000 square foot addition/renovation that closed off what used to be a drive-through drop-off to create a new main entrance and reception area. The addition includes a front desk flanked by two generous seating areas, several conference rooms, and a small kitchen with café seating. Fun architectural highlights include a water feature and electric fireplace. A new sidewalk and entrance canopy were part of the exterior renovation and landscape and paving work will continue in the spring.

SCOPE

Iroquois Nursing Home in Jamesville, NY has been providing specialized quality care to the geriatric population of Central New York for more than 20 years. We acted as construction manager for this multi-phase renovation/addition project. The 19,000 square foot renovation to this skilled nursing facility included an office area remodel, an updated entryway and lobby, installation of a new elevator and an updated fire alarm system throughout the building. The entire existing patient tower received all new flooring.

The 9,000 square foot addition included a physical therapy suite, patient activities area, staff offices, conference rooms, and a new employee cafeteria. Exterior renovations included a secondary entrance canopy with a new driveway, parking lot, and sidewalks.

SCOPE

The Commons on St. Anthony is a 40-year-old building. In a multi-phase renovation project, we remodeled the first floor lobby creating new offices and room for a lounge area. Every floor of the eight-story facility was redone and new, state-of-the-art equipment was added to each room. The existing structure required full asbestos abatement and required our team to work in and around fully occupied spaces in the building. A 30,000 square foot addition was also built adding 60 beds and a rehabilitation area to the site.
