Point Place Casino is an Oneida Nation enterprise. The new gaming facility will feature a modern gaming floor with nearly 500 popular slot machines and 20 table games, two casual counter-service restaurants, and several bars. The casino will operate under the renown executive team that runs Turning Stone Resort Casino and Yellow Brick Road Casino. Point Place is expected to open in spring 2018. 16,000 sq ft new construction

Benton Hall at Colgate University will house the Center for Career Services and the Office of National Fellowships and Scholarships. Once completed in the summer of 2018, it will have a reception area, interview and advisement suites, flexible common spaces suitable for large meetings and lectures, a seminar room, and administrative offices. Outdoor heated stairs and site stone are among the unique features of this build.

240,000 sq ft renovation
Redhouse Arts is moving to City Center! As a leading provider of arts entertainment and education in Central New York they're expanding to offer an even more outstanding experience. The new center will have two stages, ensemble dressing rooms, classroom space, two rehearsal halls, a box office, concessions, a music room, prop storage, and administrative offices. We're on schedule for an anticipated move-in date of January 2018.

Two new residence halls totaling 84,862 sq ft
We're coming up out of the ground on two new residence halls at Colgate University. They'll be constructed of native stone and will reflect Colgate’s historic architectural style. Each 100-bed facility will feature three upper floors of double rooms, four-resident suites, and study lounges. The first floors and ground levels will be dedicated to seminar rooms, classrooms, offices, and social lounges.
